After the Q4 2026 platform preview, we're aiming to move into first pilot conversations with early partners in Q1 2027.

No pilots have started — this is where we intend to be, not where we are today. We're deliberately keeping the distinction clear: a pilot conversation is a scoping discussion with a prospective partner, not a live deployment.

We'll post an update here once that phase actually begins, with real names only where partners agree to be named.
