Secure Portal
A protected environment for authorized enterprise and government customers — separate from this public website.
For organizations with an existing relationship with Sailient.
The public website stays public. The Secure Portal is planned for authorized users who already have a relationship with Sailient and receive credentials to access customer-specific functions and information.

What we're considering for the portal.
Not a committed feature list — the areas we're thinking about, and only ever exposed per customer according to their actual entitlements.
Dashboard & Organization
An overview of your organization's account, users and status.
Products & Licenses
What you're licensed for, and the subscriptions tied to it.
Documentation & Downloads
Contracts, technical documentation and software downloads, scoped to your access.
Support & Tickets
A direct channel to Sailient for customers with an active relationship.
Security & Compliance
Visibility into the security and compliance posture relevant to your deployment.
Reports & Service Status
Operational reporting, scoped per customer and per product entitlement.
Not a password on a page. A proper authenticated application.
When the Secure Portal ships, it will be built around authentication, authorization, strict tenant isolation, secure session handling and audit logging — enforced in the backend, never assumed from the frontend. Government and other high-security customers will get additional controls (SSO/SAML/OIDC, MFA, role-based access) where required, not added later as an afterthought.
